SQUATS:

Squats are a great exercise to build strength in your legs, hips and core. To perform the squat, stand with your legs hip-width apart and lower your body as if you were sitting back in a chair. Keep your back straight and keep your knees on your heels. Return to the starting position and repeat until several repetitions.

BENCH PRESS:

The bench press is a classic exercise that strengthens the upper body, especially in your chest, shoulders and hamstrings. To press the chair, lie on the chair with your feet flat on the floor and grasp the bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width. Lower the bar to your chest, then press back up to the starting position. Repeat until several times.

DEADLIFTS:

Deadlifts are exercises that work multiple muscle groups, including your hips, hamstrings, and back. To perform a deadlift, stand with your feet hip-width apart and grip the barbell with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width. Keeping your back straight, raise the bar up by standing with your hips extended. Lower the bar back down and repeat until several repetitions.
